Three Days. One Community. Zero Missed Moments.

Black Girl Fit is a movement built around health, wellness, and community for Black women. Their annual Epic Fit Fest is one of the most energetic multi day fitness events in the region, drawing athletes, coaches, and community members ready to compete, connect, and celebrate.

Rolling Butterflies came in as the lead video production team for all three days. The result was a content engine that kept their audience engaged in real time, built credibility for the brand, and gave them everything they needed to sell tickets for the following year.

Every recap hit their feed before the night ended. That same day turnaround kept followers showing up online while the event was still live and created a wave of engagement that carried through all three days. Combined with a short documentary, on site interviews, and two promotional videos built to convert, Black Girl Fit left the event with a full content library ready to drive real results.
