Every month starts with a strategy call where we align on what we are creating, what we are promoting, and what we are working toward that month.

We Shoot, Edit, and Post

Rolling Butterflies handles everything from production to publishing. You review the content, give us your feedback within three business days, and we take care of the rest.

We Review and Improve

Every month we share a performance recap and use what we learn to make the following month better than the last.

Important Notes

Unused production days or deliverables do not roll over to the following month unless agreed upon in writing. Rolling Butterflies owns all raw footage and project files. The client owns all final edited content after invoices for that month are paid in full. Rolling Butterflies retains the right to use finished content for portfolio and marketing purposes. Rush requests, additional shoot days, and any work outside the defined monthly scope are quoted separately before work begins.

3 Month Minimum Commitment

A minimum three month commitment is required for all Social Media Management packages. Social media results take time to build. The first month establishes your foundation, the second month reveals what is working, and the third month is where the strategy starts delivering real, measurable results for your business. We require three months because that is honestly how long it takes to do this right.
